That was so well produced that I almost felt like I was experiencing it. The performance is just amazing, and the topic is conveyed with such grace. This is the ideal example of how great acting talents combine with an amazing plot and visionary directing.TVF is the best at understanding Indian audiences. This charming and humorous series makes you smile and connects you to rural India. Extremely enlightening, uncomplicated, and user-friendly. This book is for those who desire to escape the grim, criminal, suspenseful, thriller, and patriotic genres. As of right now. There is no way the casting could have been better. Raghubir Yadav, Jeetu Bhai, and the rest of the supporting characters. Bravo👍

Panchayat Storyline/Plot
After graduating from college, engineering student Abhishek Tripathi is unable to secure a job. As a fallback, he chooses to apply for a position with the government. Tripathi accepts a position as a Panchayat secretary in the Phulera village of Uttar Pradesh for a respectable salary. Abhishek disapproves of the way things are done in Phulera. For instance, Manju Devi is the assumed identity of Pradhan Ji. Instead, her husband Brij Bhushan Dubey serves as Pradhan Ji for the community. There are other issues, including poor maintenance of Abhishek's office and electrical problems.
Even though Abhishek serves as the Panchayat Secretary, he still hopes to achieve greatness in life. He studies for his CAT examinations at the same time. Tripathi schedules time each day for studies in addition to the issues and difficulties he encounters in Phulera. Nonetheless, Abhishek is often pessimistic and dissatisfied. Tripathi, his helper Vikas, Brij Bhushan, and Prahlad Pandey also find themselves in a predicament where they have to confront some thugs.
Rinki, the daughter of Brij Bhushan Dubey and Manju Devi, is not featured till the very end of the programme. Manju Devi fears that if Abhishek sees Rinki, they would develop feelings for one another. In contrast, Brij Bhushan expresses his worry in one episode on the dowry demand made by the man they wish his daughter to wed. The man makes a good living, which is why he is making such a demand. In casual conversation, Tripathi asserts that he would never demand dowry from the girl's family, regardless of how much money he makes.
The comments of Abhishek Tripathi have an effect on Brij Bhushan. Abhishek, in his opinion, would be a better match for his daughter. After Abhishek passes the CAT test, according to the acting Pradhan Ji, he will succeed financially. Hence, having money is not a problem. Regrettably, Abhishek was unable to obtain enough points to pass the test.
Not just Abhishek, but Pradhan Ji is concerned about not being able to get high grades. Nevertheless, the most recent episode contains additional issues. The authentic Pradhan Ji Manju Devi is meant to raise the Indian flag and perform the National Anthem on Republic Day. But in Phulera, her husband takes care of everything. Manju Devi doesn't show up for the event even though Abhishek assists her with flag-hoisting practise and helps her memorise the national anthem.
When the District Magistrate notices that the Republic Day banners feature Brij Bhushan's images rather than those of the genuine Pradhan Ji, Manju Devi, everyone gets into trouble. Abhishek is fired by the District Magistrate for allowing this to occur. Fortunately, Manju Devi shows there promptly and raises the flag. Everyone helps her sing the National Anthem even though she forgets it. Abhishek is a good secretary, and Manju Devi even convinces the Magistrate that he shouldn't be sacked.
Ultimately, everything works out fine. Most of them start to see Abhishek favourably. In order to have a decent perspective of Phullera hamlet, he ultimately chooses to climb to the top of the large water tank. Rinky is finally seen to Tripathi and the audience as she is seated beside the tank. The first season finishes by raising the spectre of a potential love triangle between the two.

The Viral Fever produced the comedy-drama webseries Panchayat for Amazon Prime Video in the Indian language of Hindi. Chandan Roy, Neena Gupta, Raghubir Yadav, Durgesh Kumar, Ashok Pathak, Faisal Malik, and Sunita Rajwar are among the cast members of the Deepak Kumar Mishra-produced series with Chandan Kumar's writing. It follows the lives of an engineering graduate who, for lack of better employment prospects, accepts a position as a Panchayat secretary in the distant fictitious Uttar Pradesh hamlet of Phulera.
The series was filmed at a genuine panchayat office in the Madhya Pradesh district of Sehore, in the hamlet of Mahodiya. The distance between Sehore and Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh's capital, is roughly 40 kilometres. Around 10 kilometres separate Mahodiya from Sehore district headquarters. Anurag Saikia created the series' music and score, and Amitabh Singh and Amit Kulkarni handled the cinematography and editing, respectively. After the second seasons of Perpetual Roommates and Humorously Yours!, Mishra is making his full-fledged directorial debut with this series.
